公司是某中资四大AMC在香港的全資子公司，是集团立足香港、推進創新發展、開拓海外市場和開展國際化業務的重要平台，主要業務包括資產管理、投資銀行、投資與信貸，客戶遍布香港、境內及歐美、澳洲等發達國家和地區

职位：Special Situation Associate 

工作地点：香港

工作内容：

不良资产管理及投资，如资产重组、债务重组、不良资产收购及处置等

对资产方进行业务、财务、法律尽职调查，进行资产估值

起草推介材料、协助资产营销

起草内部投资方案

要求：

具有3年以上工作经验，不良资产投资/IBD/私募股权投资/并购重组/审计等相关工作背景

熟悉香港上市规则、收购守则

本科以上学历，金融/会计/法律等相关学历背景

普通话、英文流利，会广东话为佳

协调、沟通能力强，细心踏实

职位：Equities Sales

工作地点：香港

工作内容：

This position is responsible for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts (such as fund managers, corporations etc.). Develops knowledge of clientneedsandrequirements and coordinates the firm’s effort to serve client organizations. The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include:

Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts.

Working closely with client’s investment and research personnel.

Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities.

Providing full account coverage service for small accounts,  including trading and execution services,e.g.obtainordersforthepurchaseand salesof securities.

Pitching equity research and ideas across multiple products such as Swaps,  P- notes, andotherequityderivatives.

Supporting the team for the day- to- day client activities andstrategic initiatives;  Assist the team during client meetings, writecallreports and do follow up tasks.

要求：

At least 1 year of related experience in securities institutional sales.

Experience in covering global hedge fund client will be required.

Master degree in relevant majors, preferably an MBA from renowned universities.

Thorough understanding of sales and trading business.

Profound  knowledge  of the domestic  and  international  capital  markets  and the firm’s productsand services.

Understanding the client’s investment behavior and orientation.
