"企业数字化运营解决方案"收入占比创新高达36%
香港2022年8月25日 /美通社/ -- 中国领先的企业数字化运营和营销云平台爱点击集团iClick(NASDAQ:ICLK)发布截至2022年6月30日未经审计的第二季度财务业绩。
爱点击2022年第二季度收入达3,808万美元,其中"企业数字化运营解决方案"收入为1,381万美元,同比增长3%; "在线营销解决方案"收入为2,426万美元,同比下降62%。"在线营销解决方案"收入下降主要来自 i)集团战略性缩减利润率较低、风险较高的部分"在线营销解决方案"业务、ii) 部分客户面临更严谨的行业监管,导致中国广告市场普遍放缓以及iii)中国实施严格的疫情防控措施。
由于"在线营销解决方案"的收入下降,2022年第二季度毛利润为926万美元,同比下降62%;毛利率为24.3%, 相较于去年同期的31.2%。根据非美国通用会计准则,2022年第二季度调整后EBITDA亏损为1,317万美元;调整后净亏损为1,502万美元。
爱点击董事会主席、首席执行官兼共同创始人唐健表示,"为了有效控制新一波COVID-19疫情,中国各地在2022年第二季度采取了严格的防疫措施,不可避免地为市场带来影响。同时,波动的宏观环境也使客户在广告和促销活动开支上持保守态度。因此,第二季度公司的总收入同比下降51%,主要由于‘在线营销解决方案的收入同比下降62%; 与此同时,‘在线营销解决方案部门提列2,495万美元商誉减值,两者均为第二季度亏损的原因。"
